Coming to the Table Circles

Join diversity and equity leaders from Olmsted County and the City of Rochester in a healing circle which offers  a safe space to explore issues of cultural differences.

The focus of this session will be psychological safety. Psychological Safety is critical to the value of ones own identities and the identities of others.  We will define and consider the responsibility each of us have to make our community psychologically safe for others.  Psychological safety doesn’t indicate the absence of discomfort, but rather a willingness to move through discomfort to create deeper levels of psychological safety.
