Event Description

Join diversity and equity leaders from Olmsted County and the City of Rochester in a healing circle which offers  a safe space to explore issues of cultural differences. Registration is strongly recommended but not required.  Priority for the limited 25 seats will be given to those who have registered.

The focus of this session will be Media Bias.  Media bias is the tendency of news outlets to favor a certain perspective or agenda in their reporting.  We’ve all experienced the confusion that can arise from media bias, and find ourselves wondering how can we be certain of the truth?  Join us in discussions to consider how we can be truth-informed citizens.
