Coming to the Table Circles

Join diversity and equity leaders from Olmsted County and the City of Rochester in a healing circle which offers  a safe space to explore issues of cultural differences.

The focus of this session will be equity.  Equity is often confused with equality.  We will fully define the difference between these two terms and consider equity in terms of government systems, both historically, and today.
