The 2nd Floor Meeting Room is bookable by the public for groups of 3 or more and can accommodate groups up to 30.
There is no charge for using this room.
Users can book the room for up to two hours, 2 months in advance, with a maximum of two reservations during that 2 month period.
Since public use of Library space does not constitute RPL endorsement of the philosophies, practices, or viewpoints of the users, the following statement must be used in all promotion and clearly displayed at the event: “This event does not occur in partnership with, nor is it endorsed by Rochester Public Library or the City of Rochester.
Equipment
The 2nd Floor Meeting Room includes: LCD projector with screen, HDMI and VGA cables, and a large white board.
Seating
There are 7 tables and 30 chairs available. The setup is the responsibility of the user(s); this room must be put back to the original arrangement.
